CBR Recruitment is seeking a capable APS5 Executive Assistant to support Commissioners within a large Federal Government agency. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Experience using systems such as PDMS, Expense8, and FMCS will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise the diary and emails for the Commissioners including scheduling meetings and flagging urgent or sensitive emails.
- Manage workflow for the Commissioners by coordinating, responding, delegating and triaging requests and correspondence, ensuring priorities and timeframes are met.
- Organise and book travel for the Commissioners where required and undertake relevant financial approval processes under direction.
- Coordinate logistical requirements for meetings, including organising agendas, meeting rooms and briefing materials, for the Commissioners.
- Manage record keeping processes using departmental systems such as PDMS and in accordance with departmental processes.

- Proven experience in an administrative and/or coordination role, including evidence of time management and organisation skills.

- Ability to be flexible, resilient, and multi-task when faced with competing and changing priorities.
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
