As their team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor with a specific focus on civil infrastructure, large-scale road projects, and urban developments, including the Canberra Light Rail Project, to join the team and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
About the Role
As a Project Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-accuracy surveying services for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams, using advanced surveying technology and software such as 12d Model to ensure all measurements and reports meet industry standards and client specifications. This is role which involves both fieldwork and the management of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engineering and construction surveys across diverse project sites, with a focus on civil infrastructure, major road projects, and urban developments.
- Confident and accurate use of 12d Model.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards, including ACT/NSW guidelines.
- Work independently on-site, liaising with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports, plans, and calculations to stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern surveying equipment and best practices.
- Provide technical advice and problem-solving support to the broader project team.
What You Will Need
- A minimum of a Diploma in Surveying (or a higher qualification).
- Proven experience in civil infrastructure, large-scale road projects, and urban development projects.
- Advanced proficiency with 12d Model.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
- A valid Australian driver’s license and full working rights within Australia.

Our client is a small, centrally located statutory agency is seeking an outstanding APS5 Executive Assistant to support three SES Officers and an EL2. The role involves working with a range of high profile internal and external stakeholders and would be well suited to an enthusiastic and organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including, scheduling, meeting, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation of issues.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.

- Leading the Strategic Sourcing team.
